Updating user from basic to full.

I am empowering our Service Desk with the ability to convert a user from a basic account to a full account and provide the authoriser role. What I would like to do in the task that they use to do this is provide them with the the number of available licences as seen in Home > System > User & Guest Access > Users

Is their a variable that I can use to do this?

Hi Andy,

Thanks for your post.  There is no variable available for this.  If they have the rights to convert users from Basic to Full, it is most likely the case that they have the rights to view the subscription page in admin.  I know it is an extra click for them, but would having a link in the task to the subscription page help, if they can access it?
