New Update: Service Manager (2331)

The latest update of Service Manager (2331) has been released to live.

The change log for this update is as follows:

• Continuing on from the last release, we have made UI improvements in line with the new Hornbill look and feel.

Fix

• Customer shortcut link in progressive capture is incorrect {PM00168570}
• Issue when setting the End time in the Service Bulletins {PM00168491}
• When selecting Information Options while printing a request, the labels are not shown {PM00168667}
• Shared snippets management and rights issues {PM00168449}
• Requests requiring feedback are not shown in the Employee Portal when the service's FIX: feedback expiry option is set to 0. {PM00168339}
• Catalog items are not shown in the Employee Portal when an FAQ has no details. {PM00168470}
• Timeline entry includes "false" when the Autoresponder email that is applied to the request has no content. {PM00168501}
• Default asset types are not imported on new installs. {PM00168539}
• The team name is missing from the user's teams list in the Request list filter drop-down.
