Hi Dave,

Thanks for your post.  Could you give a bit more detail on what you are looking for?  We do have the status options on services for their availability.  


On each service there is this option for setting the availability.  This is then reflected on the Service Widget in the Employee Portal.  Below you can see the availability icons on each service.  When configuring the Service Widget you can also set it so that only the Impacted indicator is displayed.


Is this the type of thing you are looking for?
