Alisha
Hello, I'd like to create a count widget to count how many Activities with a specific title have not been completed, but I think I would need to join h_sys_tasks and h_itsm_requests. Is this possible please? Many thanks, Alisha
Bob Dickinson
Hi @Alisha I don't think you will need to create any kind of join here if you are just basing it on the title. I have just set up something similar using the following: Hope this helps Bob
Alisha
Hi @Bob Dickinson, We'd also like to include the team name in the WHERE criteria but couldn't find one in the h_sys_tasks table? Many thanks, Alisha
Victor
@Alisha not sure if you did get this working but just in case, for reference... I assume you mean the team name that the task is assigned to? If yes, then this information is in "h_assigned_to" field in tasks table. It does not store the team name, but the team ID as the entity reference as opposed to just the ID. What does this mean? For example if the team ID is "Team_3" then the entity reference for this team would be "urn:sys:group:Team_3". So in the WHERE clause you can include the team ID criteria as follows: WHERE ... AND h_assigned_to = 'urn:sys:group:Team_3'
