enhancement Upload Document - Additional options to speed up usage

Can we request an enhancement to the current 'Upload Document' dialog to make it easier to user when loading multiple documents in a row.

• Third Button - 'Create and Add another' completes the create process but returns the Upload/Drag here dialog to add another document rather than the properties of the document you just uplodaed.
• When 'Active' status selected, option to share immediately to a library is provided within the dialog itself.

This would be really helpful for us too. Having to upload documents individually is really time consuming. Ideally it would let you choose multiple files to upload and then you can fill in the details for each (or choose which options apply to all documents).
