Restrict Priority per Service

This is not currently possible in the application itself. It has been requested as an enhancement a number of times and is somewhere in the backlog still.

@James Ainsworth @Steven Boardman is this moving up in the backlog given the deprecation of the old priority based timers?


We are still using the workaround of custom PCF forms and then nodes in the BPM to actual set the priority field prior to calling the nodes to start the SLM response/resolution times which have the rules matching the priorities to the Service Levels.
