Opening admin page loses any work done in an already open admin page!

I've just lost a whole process by doing this...and frankly not too happy!!

I was just creating a Business Process in the editor, but needed to open ANOTHER admin page from within Service Manager. When I did this, it CHANGED THE ALREADY OPEN ADMIN (BUSINESS PROCESS) PAGE TO SHOW THE ADMIN SPLASH PAGE  which means that I have now lost the work that I was doing!

 

 

 

 

 

Can the 'administration' button be set to open a separate tab please? I'm sure this never USED to happen....I'm 100% sure I would have noticed before!!!

Hi @Paul Alexander.

Yes, that's something we will change. At the moment it uses the same window to open Hornbill Administration.

@Paul Alexander @Alisha Just in case you're not aware, right-click->open in new tab will work if you want a separate Admin tab.
