New Update: Service Manager (2311)

Hello everyone,

The latest update of Service Manager (2311) has been released to live.

The change log for this update is as follows:

Change

Fix

• FAQ Images: Remove the "Image" option from right-click menu and replace the "Image" dialog with the "Image Properties" dialog on double click. {PM00167423}
• Uploaded asset image is not shown. {PM00168257}
• Not able to update the Supplier Contract attribute in an Asset. {PM00168234}
• Longer text is not wrapped in the Questions section in a request. {PM00168301}
• Cannot add translation to a Service Bulletin that has an image set. {PM00168168}
• When editing FAQs images are not always displayed. {PM00167507}
• More than one attachment form causes an error in the Employee Portal. {PM00168259}
• Mapped custom field to 'h_summary' does not update the Summary field when raised via the Employee Portal. {PM00167919}
• Cancelled Request can be resolved when the action focus is on the Resolution tab. {PM00167736}
