Paul Welby Posted August 3, 2021 Posted August 3, 2021 We keep getting an email error notification, this has happened on a number of occasions. James Ainsworth Posted August 3, 2021 Posted August 3, 2021 Hi Paul, The first thing I would look into is the line PopCmdResp: -ERR Message corrupted It may be that there is a corrupted email message within that mailbox that it is struggling to process. Another thing to look at are App passwords. it might be that 2 factor authentication has been enabled in Office 365, and an app password needs to be created in Office 365 for Hornbill.
