We keep getting an email error notification, this has happened on a number of occasions.

I have included the full error message, are you able to give guidance on why this is happening and a possible fix.

Hi Paul,

The first thing I would look into is the line PopCmdResp: -ERR Message corrupted

It may be that there is a corrupted email message within that mailbox that it is struggling to process.

Another thing to look at are App passwords.  it might be that 2 factor authentication has been enabled in Office 365, and an app password needs to be created in Office 365 for Hornbill.
