Vikki Cameron
We've noticed users are able to submit calls without mandatory fields been completed on forms on the Employee Portal. This happens in IE and Edge, although when tested through Chrome it works as it should do and won't allow you to submit the form without completing mandatory fields. Please can this be looked into? Thanks!
Miro
Hi @Vikki Cameron In what forms does it happen? Any specific one or customised? Thank you, Miro
Chris Winship
Hello, apologies, i've just posted the same issue as well.
Jeremy
we are experiencing this since the update to the UI, if you have a custom node in a PCF and you have the box ticked for a mandatory field it allows people to bypass and submit the ticket thus breaking BPMs that have decisions that are based on these.
Miro
@Chris Winship @Jeremy @Vikki Cameron fix is already in testing process. According to our schedule process it should be release in next Tuesday. Thank you, Miro
Jeremy
@Miro is there anyway that this can be released quicker as we are trying to stop some of our workflows from breaking and causing us more work.
Vikki Cameron
Hi @Miro Apologies for the late response, we tested a few different forms and realised the issue was only in IE and Edge but didn't affect Chrome. We didn't look any further into the actual forms. Sounds like you've got a fix in the pipeline, thanks for your help Vikki
Dave Woodhead
I'm definitely seeing this behaviour in Chrome.
