Since the go live of the UI changes our customer can no longer see any information when selecting one of their calls via the My Requests widget. 

It loads a blank page with only the request number. Tested a number of different users and the same thing.

Can confirm we have this issue too.  It isn't fixed after a logout/login or if clearing the cache.  Using Edge or Chrome.

Within Admin, there is an option to Reload Application Cache.  You access this by navigating from the Home landing page to App Store, then Service Manager.   Not sure if this will help, but I think it is worth trying.
