davidrb84 Posted July 15, 2021 Posted July 15, 2021 Our instance appears to be dead, no page load, no error, just sits spinning. Support checker also comes back with "Checking Instance" forever.

Hard to say if there is any relation between not having access and applying email. If it does continue, it might be worth starting your own post as the original issue on this post seems to be corrected. Regards, James
