Can't create user after pressing the 'design' button

I try to add a customer and then press the 'Design' button, and then press the 'cancel' button (which takes me back to the original form) all of the fields in the main 'contact page are hidden (except the 'Phone' details):

 

 

So, I press the 'edit' icon which opens up whichever part of the form that I need to updated, however the rest of the form is still blank and I still can't get to enter any information. As the 'email address' field is mandatory, I then can't carry on creating this contact and have to refresh the page to start again (as any info I've already added is lost after the refresh):

 

 

It's not a huge problem, but just thought I'd mention it

Found and fixed issue. Now it need to pass thru release process.
