Various system issues

Good Morning,

 

We have been having ongoing issues with Hornbill's loading times between mailbox and logs and i have detailed some of the main issues below;

 

Once you have created a log and have the reference number even after what can be an hour or more if an email comes in with that reference and you try to apply it nothing shows for it and its like the log doesn't exist with that reference.

 

Sometimes we are also able to attach an email to a log but when you then go into this it does not show in the email trail.

 

We are also having issues when using the "show associates files" and trying to apply these to an email which is going out getting an error message and we then have to save these files to our desktop and attach them manually.

 

Any support would be appreciated.
