yelyah.nodrog Posted July 8, 2021 Posted July 8, 2021 Afternoon, I need one of my colleagues to have access to refresh the HUD when a change gets stuck, however i cannot find a relevant role that applies this access, Can anyone point me in the right direction or let me know what Application/Database rights are needed so I can create a role? Martyn Houghton Posted July 8, 2021 Posted July 8, 2021 @yelyah.nodrog The 'Application Right' that provides this is the Service Manager > Service Desk 'restartBPMProcess' which we add to our custom roles as required. Does not look like the standard Incident Management roles include this, but is include in the Service Desk Admin role as far as I can see. Cheers Martyn 1
