Adrian Simpkins
Hi All, We are very interested in making use of the Depreciation values against assets in Hornbill. I understand that there is currently no option to do a bulk update on these values as part of the asset import, or via any other method so wanted to see if this is a function other customers use, and if so are you handling this manually? I also wanted to see if this is something being considered as an enhancement to the system at all please? Ee have around 20k assets, and of course updating this field manually across these would be time consuming - are we able to update this with the .csv template imports onto existing assets perhaps? Many thanks as always

Sam Howlett
A smart depreciation function whereby the value updates over a defined period of time would be very useful in terms of forecasting asset refresh in future as well as easily understanding the current value of our estate. Along with this, the ability to mass update fields within existing assets (not only in relation to asset value) would be hugely beneficial to us. It is simply not feasible to ask the support team/analysts/admins to update asset information one asset at a time when potentially we are requiring updates to hundred, if not thousands of existing assets. Do anybody have a work around for this? Could these functions be added to the roadmap? Thanks
