teams List of Teams and Users

We are trying to get a list of our teams in Service Manager and the users that are attached to that team, is this something that is simple to achieve?

You can see the list of teams in Admin.  You will have to navigate into each team to see the members of the teams.  If you would like it in one view, I'm sure a report could be created.

Hi Jeremy,

I have created a sample report which may help.  It is filtered on the group type Team (value = 1) so that other group types are not displayed.  Let me know if this helps.

You're probably trying to upload it into Service Manager. This is a report on Users which would be part of the Collaboration app: Home -> Applications -> Hornbill Collaboration -> Reports

Hi @James Ainsworth. 

I am simply after a report that lists the names and email addresses of all my Full Users (licenced) who can use Service Manager. I can then export and use in comms (now download option available in the users UI). Perhaps I should be able to run to include or exclude the Collaboration users.

I really am struggling can you help please? I used the report above but that tells me all the groups and people in multiple groups appear multiple times. I then tried my own report just running on the h_sys_accounts table but a simple filter by User Type = Active gives no data. But in the UI, the type is specified as User

The Field for user type is actually h_class

It sits under h_sys_accounts,

1 = Full Licence and 3 = Basic.

Very confusing right?, Hope this helps you! you should be able to still use the report that James supplied and just amend it slightly.
