Adding colleagues as 'Interested'

Making requests visible to interested parties is an excellent feature and we would like to use this when our Employee Portal goes live.

If we use the Connections form, it puts 'Impacted' at the top. Is there any way to make the default 'Interested' instead please?

@Alisha I believe those values are driven from a simple list, this one:


I didn't test this so not 100% sure, but I think you can simply remove the "Impacted" value from the list, then add it back in. This will make the two values changing places, having "Interested" on top, which means that now the "Interested" will be the first option displayed during PCF. Again, haven't tried this but I think it would work. Let me know if it does or doesn't.
