Looks like we've got an outage of our instance.

We recieved "Cannot load framework" errors then a spinning hornbill logo.

Support instance checker shows service up.

We raised a SEVERE priority call with Support at 15:40.

Hornbill are aware and their Cloud team are investigating.

Although things look ok now....fingers crossed
