Email signatures removed from Hornbill inbox

Hi 

 

we have noticed that hornbill is removing autosignatures from emails that come into the mailbox.

 

Is there a way to keep the signatures as we are trying to use them as a field for auto asigning tickets

Hi @Mark Priest

There is nothing within Hornbill that would remove part of an email - the email is simply requested from the Server and pulled into the system. It's possible that something external is removing them before they arrive at your Hornbill mailbox which you'd need to investigate with your mail admins.
