Jeremy Posted June 17, 2021 Share Posted June 17, 2021 When logging requests from emails it adds the attachment as part of the process and shows in the side bar that the attachment is there but once logged the attachment does not appear in the request. Guest Ehsan Posted June 20, 2021 Share Posted June 20, 2021 We are going to release a server build and a Service Manager build tomorrow which will be applied to your instances at midnight, so on Tuesday, we hope that you can no longer recreate this issue.
