7oaks Posted June 11, 2021 Share Posted June 11, 2021 As per screenshot we have a number of emails not being sent to staff after logging, updating or closing requests. Victor Posted June 11, 2021 Share Posted June 11, 2021 @7oaks there should be an envelope icon displayed that can be clicked and it will show a popup where you can see the Delivery Status of the email. 7oaks Posted June 14, 2021 Author Share Posted June 14, 2021 Victor, My test one this morning says its been delivered but after checking the mailbox again its still not there 15 mins later.
