User - able to assign SR but cant assign any IN?

Hi All,

So we have a team where I can assign an SR to every member of the team, but when I try to assign an IN request I am not seeing the full team in the list to assign to. I have checked the Users account, and the Service Portfolio against the 2 Services where I am seeing this issue but everything looks correct.

The team in question has 7 team members - when I check the assign to list in an SR I can see all 7, however when looking at the assign list in the Incidents, I am only seeing 5 of the team members?

Anyone else seeing any issues with assigning to existing teams like this at all please?
