Service Manager issues with requests list - request access - service portal

Several areas in Service Manager are currently not working. We have identified the issue we have rolled out a fix on all live instances.

Rolling out the fix is progressing a bit slower than we anticipated. We have restored functionality in several instances and we are working to speed this up, please bear with us.

The fix has now been deployed to all live instances so all functionality should be restored for everyone.

We do apologise for the troubles this issue has caused for you and we will follow up with more updates once we have a chance to thoroughly look into how and what happened today.
