Service Manager issues with requests list - request access - service portal

We are experiencing some issues with Service Manager app whereby some areas are not currently working. We are investigating.

We have identified the issue and rolling out a fix on all live instances.

Rolling out the fix is progressing a bit slower than we anticipated. We have restored functionality in several instances and we are working to speed this up, please bear with us.

It is affecting our end users too, they cannot log tickets...

@John C yes we are aware, there are several areas affected in Service manager. As per above a fix is being rolled out.

The fix has now been deployed to all live instances so all functionality should be restored for everyone.

We do apologise for the troubles this issue has caused for you and we will follow up with more updates once we have a chance to thoroughly look into how and what happened today.

All working here, but just noticed when creating a new call from an email, the email is not being deleted from the inbox afterwards.

We are still experiencing issues, we also still have an issue with our self service portal also.  Our services are not being listed.

@Mark (ESC) do you still experience the issue with emails? If yes we would need a separate thread as it’s a different issue than the one we are discussing here.
