Impact missing from change requests logged today - show as "undefined"

We have noticed that some changes logged today are coming up as "undefined" when the assessment is completed.  It doesn't seem to be on all, seven changes logged today only 2 have an impact the rest are undefined.

Have tested using same assessment as one that worked and mine didn't set the impact.

Hope someone can help

Our Impact Assessment is broken. It returns UNDEFINED result despite us having made no changes in the system since yesterday and the calculations and thresholds are correct.

Suspect the latest release has caused this issue. At present, we have to add a catch-all condition in our change process to ensure workflow moves beyond the assessment and ask people to complete that manually.

I have logged this as an Urgent Issue through Premier Support portal

@Berto2002,

We are in the process of releasing an automatic update to all Hornbill instances to rectify the issue. This was caused by a configuration issue in the Assessment matrix data. Apologies for the inconvenience that this has caused, we are working on an improved migration script and in addition, we have added a hybrid solution to prevent such data issue from causing the 'Undefined' value in the future.

An automatic update has been deployed to your instance. Could you please raise a new Request and confirm that the assessment is working as expected?
