Customer portal not loading

HI,

We received a call that the customer portal is not loading properly. Services and tickets are not being showed. Not sure if this is the same issue as with the service portal last Wednesday.

Also we now see a different footer.

We were affected on Wednesday but ok today....this didn't affect all instances so possible same thing but now affecting different ones.

@m.vandun we are working to put a temporary fix in your instance to have the custom portal functionality restored in your instance.

Please be aware that custom domain using reverse proxy (such as the one you are currently using for your portal) specifically the proxy redirection part, is not currently supported. You can read more about this on our wiki here:
