m.vandun
HI, We received a call that the customer portal is not loading properly. Services and tickets are not being showed. Not sure if this is the same issue as with the service portal last Wednesday. Also we now see a different footer. Kind Regards, Mark

Victor
@nasimg not the same issue. You are using Service portal, @m.vandun is using Customer portal. Visually the issue might appear being the same, but not the same.
Victor
@m.vandun we are working to put a temporary fix in your instance to have the custom portal functionality restored in your instance. Please be aware that custom domain using reverse proxy (such as the one you are currently using for your portal) specifically the proxy redirection part, is not currently supported. You can read more about this on our wiki here: https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Custom_Domain_using_Reverse_Proxy
Victor
@m.vandun the fix has been deployed in your instance. Just as a reminder this is a temporary fix. My recommendation would be to look into rolling out the native portal for customer accessible via: https://customer.hornbill.com/<your_instance>
