Achievement award not working?

Hi All,

I went to award an achievement to one of our staff today, but when hovering over their name as normal it is not popping up the information box for the User - I have tried this in IE and Edge Chromium and neither appear to pop up the information box when hovering over a persons profile

Is anyone else seeing this also?

@Adrian Simpkins from what I can see yo need to hover over the icon for the popup box to appear... have you tried this?

Hi Victor, it works in the co worker search field, but I am sure you used to be able to do it when hovering over a Users icon /  name in a request rather than having to search in the Co-Workers area then hover over their icon.

However, trying it again now in a request it is popping up, so maybe I was hovering in the wrong place earlier   so all sorted
