Error on auto raising request from incoming email alert

Hi All,

I have setup a new automated process to log requests directly from an incoming email. The majority of these are raising with no issue, however a handful keep failing on update request status (screen shot below).

I am able to restart these and the process continues - when I look at the timeline it suggests it is failing just before our BPM starts as you can see it attempting to process at 3am today, then you can see where I have restarted the script this morning. The timeline has then updated with set status to New which is the very first step in this BPM, so I am trying to work out where this has failed before the BPM first node 'Set Status to New'
