Task - More Details

Morning All

Hope you are all safe and well.  On the Task form you have to press the 'Add More Detail' link in order for the form to show all fields, is there a way of removing this please and the form opening in full?  Also once the form has been completed and the task created, when editing the details it does not allow you to edit the field 'Counts Towards Milestone' is that correct please?  Thank you.
