Guest Paul Alexander Posted April 20, 2021 Posted April 20, 2021 The list of email templates seems to have disappeared from requests (I used to use this to test new email templates with a specific ticket type). Has this been changed on purpose (have I missed something!) or is mine broken? I've tried logging out and in again just in case, but it's still not showing: thanks
Alberto M Posted April 20, 2021 Posted April 20, 2021 @Paul Alexander, we don't have this activated but, to check it, I've activated the setting for a moment, refreshed the request page, and it allowed me to select a template. Did you tried to clear the browser cache?

So there's definitely something not right either with my Chrome or with our settings...I just don't know what
Deen Posted April 21, 2021 Posted April 21, 2021 This issue was caused by blank email templates, deleting any blank templates from the below location in the admin view should correct the problem.
