Hello Everyone

The latest build of Service Manager (2200) has been released to live.

Change Log for this release are as follows:

  • You can now suspend a process to wait for a document to be added to the Request.   • "Could not connect to server" error shown when viewing the Service Demand Chart. {PM00166916}
  • Failure to update Requests list views when a date condition is included. {PM00166210}
  • Missing results when using the quick filter option in the Assets list to find mobile devices. {PM00166816}
  • Truncate the summary text to the maximum characters allowed when a Request is updated. {PM00166803}
  • The 'Service Portal' option in the global search should not be shown when the old Service Portals are disabled. {PM00166776}
  • Request link in an authorisation opens the Request details page in My Services rather than the Employee Portal. {PM00166772}
