Nest email sub folders

Hello,

We have a large number of sub folders in our mailbox. Please could we request the ability to nest sub folders within other folders so we can make the view a bit more tidy?

For example, we'd like to have a 'Third Party' folder, and then within that have folders for each third party.

Hello @Alisha,

We don't have support for sub-folders and don't have the intension of supporting this functionality in our system. We do have plans in the future to separate emails based on functionality (requests, organisations, contacts, etc...) but that might take some time.

Would it be possible to add permissions to specific folders so we can restrict visibility and who can file/delete emails from them?

Hi @Alisha,

You can restrict a user against a specific mailbox, but not folders under it.
