Guest Paul Alexander Posted March 11, 2021 Posted March 11, 2021 I'm trying to get a request to change the customer in the bpm, but it only seems to work if the 'new' customer is a 'user' type rather than a 'basic' type. Basically, I'm getting the Employee Number and using that to find the user, then getting the UserID and using that to change the customer. I'm writing the output of the 'get user' node to the timeline so I know I'm getting some data back, but the 'change customer' ONLY works if that user is a 'user' type in the db: Is this by design? thanks
Steve Giller Posted March 11, 2021 Posted March 11, 2021 Is the new Customer subscribed to this Service?
