Users unable to download attachments from (old) portal

Hi,

I have a couple of users that are unable to download any attachments from the portal. 

They click the link and nothing happens for them, no error messages or popups.

This happens in Edge, Chrome and IE.

Any ideas?

What do they see in the browser when they hover over the link? e.g.

Can they right-click, copy link address, and paste it into a fresh tab? If so, where does it take them?

Hi @Steve Giller there is no link shown and no option in the context menu to copy the link.

@Steve Giller, we are experiencing this same issue with some users. At least, one user is not able to download attachments from a request in the portal.

And yes, if I mouse-over the attachment link, there's nothing shown in the browser bar, like reported by @Dan Munns .

The strange thing is that I'm able to download, but the user reported that he isn't.
