George Warren Posted March 4, 2021 Share Posted March 4, 2021 We are looking at having a process to approve requested software, would it be possible to add an entry to a simple list based on the outcome of an activity. Eg there is a activity in the call to review if the software is approved or rejected and if you clicked approved it would take a field (either an answer to one of the questions from the Progressive Capture or from the reason field) and add it to the approved list in the simple lists? Bit niche but would save having to go into the admin section to update the list and could be done by non admins. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
