Creating Projects Not Working

Afternoon All

Hope you are all safe and well.  Are there currently any issues with Project Manager please?  A couple of other people and I have tried to create a new project throughout today but are only getting the Hornbill circle going round and the View and Close button are greyed out.  We have closed the application and reopened but are all getting the same issue.
