Kelvin Posted February 25, 2021 Posted February 25, 2021 We have received a request to remove an image for a support ticket, this was not added as an attachment but pasted into the comment field. How do I remove the image?
Victor Posted February 25, 2021 Posted February 25, 2021 Hi @Kelvin Would that be a post or a comment to a post in request timeline? User with "Super User Role" (and iirc "Admin Role") can delete the comment.
Martyn Houghton Posted February 25, 2021 Posted February 25, 2021 @Kelvin As it is a linked image, the current Edit Post option does not allow for the removal of the image. When we have had this before for GDPR purposes it has had to be undertaken by Hornbill. I believe it has been raised before as an enhancement request. @Victor is this still the case? Cheers Martyn
Victor Posted February 25, 2021 Posted February 25, 2021 @Martyn Houghton as far as I know yes, still the case. @Kelvin we'll raise a support request to have this sorted. Is the image sensitive or confidential? Just to know what priority to allocate.
