Linking to an Incident/Request Retrospectively

Afternoon All

Hope you are safe and well.  Please would it be possible to help/advise?  We used to be able to add time to our time sheets and then go into an incident or request and press the + sign on our time sheet entry and it would link it to the incident/request that was open, however now when we press the + symbol this is no longer working.  It allowed us to link our time sheet to the appropriate incident/service request retrospectively.  Thank you.
