Brad Biddlecombe Posted February 23, 2021 Posted February 23, 2021 Hi, We currently have an issue that has been going on for around two weeks now. I had hoped some updates would have fixed this bug as we had a few pending but alas that did not work. It appears that whenever we try and use any search function on Hornbill, it doesn't return any results and just spins/times out. This has been tried on 15-25 accounts, including those with limited access, to someone who has full access. Different browsers, caches have been cleared etc. Any suggestions?
