Ann Posted February 17, 2021 Posted February 17, 2021 Afternoon Hope you are all safe and well. Please would it be possible to help/advise? We currently have an issue within Service Manager using a Change for an example, the Status of the change will be marked as Open and the sub status will show Awaiting Authorisation but if we mark the Status to On Hold the Sub Status is then blanked out. However even once the change comes off of hold the sub status is still showing as blank. This is then causing a lot of jobs to be missed. Kind Regards Ann
