EDIT: checked our records, that won't work for you, you are not a designated support contact for the instance.

Victor Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 I can't see any issue with both instances... everything looks very happy on our end, for both... opening both in browser, getting to login page just fine... logs show no error...

Victor Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 I think it could have been something en route... maybe your connections coincidentally went through the same point and that point failed for a short while...
