Paul Lear Posted February 11, 2021 Posted February 11, 2021 It appears that since the implementation of the latest update to Service Manager the bulletins are no longer displaying within the Employee Portal. Is anyone else having a similar issue or know how to resolve it.
ArmandoDM Posted February 11, 2021 Posted February 11, 2021 Hi @Paul Lear do you know how many bulletins the service has ? The issue is caused by incorrect data into the table h_itsm_service_bulletins. For some bulletins without image, the value h_service_bulletin_image is not empty as it should be. If you can verify the content of this table and blank h_service_bulletin_image for the bulletins without image , this should fix the issue. If you can do the above and confirm that the issue is fixed it would be great. I will report this issue for fix. Apologies for any inconvenience Regards Armando
AndyG Posted February 12, 2021 Posted February 12, 2021 Hi @Paul Lear This has been fixed and will be included in the next release. This is likely to be in the week commencing 22nd February.

Victor Posted February 12, 2021 Posted February 12, 2021 @Paul Lear I'm afraid customers cannot updates data by interfacing with tables directly. I discussed this with @ArmandoDM and as you are subscribed to Premier Success plan we will raise a support request on your behalf and progress this there.
Victor Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 @Paul Lear as per the updates on the support request, the issue has been fixed in your instance.
