Any ideas how i measure calls logged by system administrator at all?

I believe h_createdby in the h_itsm_requests table should be the value you need.

Thanks @Steve Giller , i have tried h_createdby 'system administrator' and no entries appear.

@Shamaila.Yousaf You'll need to use 'admin' as the database stores the UserId

h_createdby= 'admin' this worked.
