HHH Posted February 3, 2021 Posted February 3, 2021 Is the My Service Manager tab in the success portal an implementation of release tickets in the Customer Portal? Our management are expressing an interest in setting something similar up for some of our services.

samwoo Posted February 8, 2021 Posted February 8, 2021 this would be good for the Employee Portal too, to allow visibility of service-wide IT projects for our internal customers (at a high level) +1 if there is a story for this
