Is the  My Service Manager tab in the success portal an implementation of release tickets in the Customer Portal?
Our management are expressing an interest in setting something similar up for some of our services.

@HHH I'm afraid that is a customisation that allows pulling data from a board and displaying it there... we didn't get the chance to make this into permanent functionality yet :(

this would be good for the Employee Portal too, to allow visibility of service-wide IT projects for our internal customers (at a high level)
