You can define asset sub-states to expand on the record state. E.g. an asset which is on loan or allocated could be defined as being in an active state. Frank Reay Posted February 1, 2021 Share Posted February 1, 2021 You can't change the number of drop downs but you can relabel them via Translations in Service Manager Admin.
