We have been experiencing " 'indexOf' of undefined" error when we log service requests. Could this be due to the update?

It started today.

I have also attached an image for the error "failed to log request" and although a new Sr is logged, there is no data captured.

Please could someone shed some light on this.

@RIaz Ashruf there were no Service Manager update today. I don't see how the Admin build update (deployed today) would have any effect on requests functionality. Is there any more info apart from the "Failed to Log request" screenshot? You mentioned "'indexOf' of undefined" error, where is that happening?

It could be a data input and saving issue, as the service requests have data entry fields vs incidents which are working fine.

@RIaz Ashruf - I'm a bit confused... your forum thread mentions an "indexOf 'undefined'" error and the post has a screenshot with a "Failed to log request" message. Do you receive the "index" error? If so, can you post a screenshot?

@Victor The service request errors with "Failed to log the request" but the request is logged but the data inputted is blank. I can see the ticket, but when open the page I get "Cannot read property indexOf ' of undefined".
