When using the email customer feature, and when customers reply to emails, is it possible to notify any request members?

Members would receive the same email sent to the customer and would receive customer responses.

How can this be set up?

Hi Aaron,

The initial idea of the members feature was to simply and quickly add someone to a request that normally wouldn't have rights to that request.  So, if there was someone with some expertise that was outside of the teams that supports the service, you can bring them in to help.  This doesn't currently include any email notifications.  It just allows them to view and discuss.

There is also another option called Connections that could also be considered.  This has a few more options with emails.  More information on Connections can be found here.

We do have some changes in our backlog to add some features around Members, but these are not currently scheduled for development.
