Guest Paul Alexander Posted January 22, 2021 Posted January 22, 2021 We want to start bringing in the EmployeeID field from AD in to Hornbill, but our setup means that Employees don't ALWAYS have an ID straight away. We have to add '0000' to the employee ID field in AD in order to export the AD data out to another DB for another application (as the settings on that app say that the EmployeeID field can't be BLANK, but doesn't need to be unique). So when I try to import our users using the LDAP import tool I get errors saying that the EmployeeID 0000 is already being used, and the account isn't copied over. Could you let me know how to set this so that the field can be the same for more than one employee please? thanks
