Salman Posted January 20, 2021 Posted January 20, 2021 Hello, I'm trying to implement the Star Rating facility for Customer Feedback with no expiry. https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Customer_Feedback I have turned ON Enable Star Rating and set Feedback Expiry to 0. Customers are not requested with feedback upon call closure. However, when I set Feedback Expiry to 1 or above, customers get the feedback request. Has anyone seen this or know how to implement Star Rating with no expiry days? Thanks, Salman
Martyn Houghton Posted January 21, 2021 Posted January 21, 2021 @Salman As you suspect, I do not think you can currently have Feedback enabled without an expiry value above 1. We have ours set a 30 days for our services, on the basis that a customer is unlikely to ever leave feedback after this period and if they did it would likely not be triggered/relates directly to the service provide on the request itself.
