Customer Feedback - Feedback Expiry not working

I'm trying to implement the Star Rating facility for Customer Feedback with no expiry.


I have turned ON Enable Star Rating and set Feedback Expiry to 0.
Customers are not requested with feedback upon call closure.
However, when I set Feedback Expiry to 1 or above, customers get the feedback request.

Has anyone seen this or know how to implement Star Rating with no expiry days?

As you suspect, I do not think you can currently have Feedback enabled without an expiry value above 1. We have ours set a 30 days for our services, on the basis that a customer is unlikely to ever leave feedback after this period and if they did it would likely not be triggered/relates directly to the service provide on the request itself.
